Job Overview and Responsibilities
The role involves active participation in generating leads, engaging potential customers, and supporting overall business expansion. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients and understanding their needs to assist in converting leads into confirmed customers.
- Generate leads through multiple channels
- Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and other communication methods
- Comprehend customer requirements and introduce appropriate products or services
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Assist with preparation of proposals, quotations, and other sales documentation
- Maintain accurate customer information using CRM software
- Monitor sales activities and contribute to sales reporting
- Engage in client meetings and subsequent follow-ups
- Perform basic market research to uncover new business opportunities
- Strive to meet individual and team sales goals
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar field
- Good understanding of sales workflows and client engagement strategies
- Experience with CRM tools is advantageous
- Capability to perform under target-oriented conditions
- Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong professional ethics
