Job description
About the Role
The Experience Design Studio is seeking a mid-level digital producer/project manager to help deliver high-impact digital work for ambitious brands. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with immediate impact in a collaborative, work-life-balance-focused environment. The team is digitally native, AI-forward, and distributed, with remote staff and hubs near Philadelphia and Atlanta.
You will lead complex digital marketing and web initiatives from kickoff through delivery, working closely with designers, developers, strategists, and clients. The role goes well beyond ticket management: you should be comfortable shaping schedules, managing scope, stepping into quality assurance, optimizing paid media, and troubleshooting analytics tracking. The ideal person brings structure to complexity, stays calm under pressure, and helps teams move quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full delivery of client digital work across multiple channels and work streams, while keeping progress aligned with business goals.
Manage scope, budget, timelines, interdependencies, and delivery risks with a strong focus on outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients, provide clear status updates, and resolve issues before they create delays.
Work across website management, intranet updates, banner ads, landing pages, paid media, email, print, social, SEO/SEM, and related digital touchpoints.
Troubleshoot blockers quickly and keep initiatives moving without needing close supervision.
Convert client objectives into practical action plans, using AI and automation where they can reduce manual effort.
Support quality assurance, documentation, resourcing, and optimization when needed.
Guide and mentor other digital producers while helping improve team execution and project outcomes.
Build repeatable workflows, prompts, templates, and automations that improve production speed and consistency.
Facilitate scope and priority discussions among stakeholders and help maintain team metrics.
Qualifications
You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital production or project management in an agency or similarly fast-moving environment.
A broad understanding of digital marketing, web design and development, SEO, paid media, and analytics is important.
Experience running multi-channel campaigns and visible web projects with measurable results is expected.
You should be capable of leading delivery while also contributing hands-on when the work calls for it.
Experience handling multiple clients and stakeholder groups is required, along with strong organization, collaboration, communication, and attention to detail.
You must be able to manage several projects at once and stay effective under pressure.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in real production work is expected, not just experimentation.
The company values patience, self-awareness, resourcefulness, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
Bonus Experience
Additional value will be given to candidates with healthcare experience, especially supporting pharma or biotech brands.
Experience in small, agile agencies is considered a plus.
Background in lead-generation or growth marketing, particularly SEM and SEO, is also helpful.
Experience building AI-assisted workflows or automations, including prompt libraries, integrations, or agentic tooling, will stand out.
Benefits if Converted to Full-Time
If the role becomes full-time, the package includes a supportive and inclusive culture, full remote flexibility, and meaningful time away from work.
Benefits include full health coverage with 50% paid by the company, up to 6 weeks of PTO combining vacation, flex, sick, mental health days, and holidays, and up to 6 weeks of fully paid maternity and paternity leave.
Additional perks include a 5-week sabbatical every 5 years of service, a 401(k) with up to 4% match, a yearly performance bonus, weekly paid DoorDash lunch, a yearly $300 home-office allowance, a Mac laptop, and employee referral bonuses.
Equal Employment Opportunity
The employer is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
