Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal stakeholders to clarify project requirements and build sourcing plans that fit programme timelines and budget limits.
- Assist with the full procurement lifecycle for digital products and services, including sourcing, supplier coordination, and monitoring supplier performance.
- Help manage contracts while maintaining compliance and audit preparedness.
- As you gain experience, advise project teams on procurement processes and respond to procurement-related queries.
- Coordinate with central procurement teams to improve policies and processes, and support rollouts that strengthen governance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Make use of digital procurement platforms and tools to simplify workflows and improve productivity.
Requirements
- Diploma qualification in any field.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-moving and changing setting.
- Strong attention to detail, with comfort handling numbers and documentation.
- Willingness to assist with operational and administrative work when needed, including ad-hoc tasks.
