About the role
CELINE is a French luxury leather-goods and couture house known for refined, timeless collections and a strong creative vision. The brand is looking for an experienced, authentic, and highly adaptable professional to join its Omnichannel Client Services team as a Digital Private Client Specialist. The role is focused on creating exceptional digital client experiences while also contributing directly to sales growth through meaningful in-person and virtual client engagement.
In this position, you will support CELINE’s most valuable clients by building trusted relationships, using digital selling tools, and delivering a highly personalized luxury service experience. You will act as a digital host and strategic partner, helping ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s elevated standards and aligns with its broader vision.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow a carefully selected portfolio of high-value clients through personalized outreach and exclusive engagement.
- Work closely with Client Relations Management and leadership to design and implement client retention and development plans, while also identifying promising new prospects.
- Understand omnichannel allocation processes and delivery timelines so clients receive clear updates on order fulfillment and shipping progress.
- Review client engagement data, sales outcomes, and operational performance, then turn those insights into actionable recommendations and goals.
- Recommend improvements to digital clienteling tools, platforms, and workflows to enhance the client journey and improve sales efficiency.
- Use video consultations, secure messaging, live chat, and other digital platforms to create high-end shopping experiences and generate revenue.
- Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries across all channels and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
- Represent CELINE as a digital ambassador and help guide Client Service advisors on advanced digital clienteling practices.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to growth across all product categories while consistently delivering against KPIs.
- Build detailed client profiles, identify preferences, and create targeted outreach based on customer insights.
- Maintain a polished, professional approach while advising clients, answering product questions, and recommending the most suitable online shopping experience and products.
- Partner with merchandising, logistics, marketing, and client service teams to ensure smooth omnichannel execution and strong fulfillment support.
- Keep accurate CRM records with rich client information to anticipate needs and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct virtual and in-person appointments, provide styling guidance, and present tailored product suggestions.
- Host and curate premium client experiences during events such as Made-to-Order sessions, Couture presentations, and fashion shows.
- Stay informed on global fashion trends, product launches, and luxury market developments to keep client conversations relevant and insightful.
- Train team members on remote selling appointment practices.
- Create and execute clienteling plans aimed at achieving sales goals, improving NPS, and strengthening loyalty.
Candidate profile
- Business school, university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, especially in digital sales and client relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage a strong client book of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and deliver outstanding sales results.
- Strong digital fluency, including social media clienteling, e-commerce platforms, and virtual selling tools.
- Prior experience in a luxury or fashion business is essential; retail experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders and retail teams.
- Comfort working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an expectation of on-site presence and travel as needed.
- Confident storytelling, presentation skills, and a refined approach to brand heritage, craftsmanship, styling, and luxury etiquette.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong appetite for innovation and new selling methods.

Compensation and benefits
The hourly pay range for this role is between $26 and $28, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience and skills.
