About the Role
PIX4D is hiring an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join its international marketing team in Berlin. The company creates professional processing software and reality capture applications that help professionals around the world transform drone and terrestrial imagery into precise maps and 3D models for analysis, visualization, and sharing.
In this position, you will partner with the marketing, product, sales, and business development teams to deliver digital marketing work across global markets, with particular attention to German-speaking audiences. Your contribution will help strengthen PIX4D’s online visibility, audience engagement, and regional growth through localized campaigns and careful execution.
The role is best suited to someone who is practical, well organized, and proactive, and who enjoys turning ideas into live campaigns. You should be comfortable handling SEO implementation, webinar coordination, email marketing, marketing operations, and digital campaign delivery in a fast-paced international setting.
Ideal candidates are flexible, customer-oriented, eager to keep learning, and motivated by getting projects completed through strong teamwork and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Assist in launching and improving digital marketing campaigns across several channels and regions.
- Carry out SEO work such as keyword research, content improvement, metadata changes, and website content optimization.
- Set up and run email campaigns, automated workflows, audience lists, and HubSpot-based marketing automation tasks.
- Plan and coordinate webinars, including setup, registrations, communication, post-event follow-up, and reporting.
- Write, adapt, localize, and publish marketing content in both German and English.
- Help manage campaign assets such as landing pages, email sequences, webinar pages, banners, and other digital materials.
- Work with product marketing and content teams to support product launches, feature announcements, and campaign rollouts.
- Keep marketing assets, campaign records, and digital content organized across platforms.
- Track campaign execution and contribute to performance analysis and reporting.
- Support competitor tracking, market research, and trend identification.
- Coordinate with sales, product, content, and growth teams to keep initiatives aligned.
- Assist with marketing activities tied to industry events, webinars, customer stories, and partner initiatives.
Requirements
- Native-level German fluency is required.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, at C1/C2 level.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, marketing execution, or a similar role.
- Solid practical knowledge of SEO is essential.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, or SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot is mandatory.
- Experience managing webinars and email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to handle several projects at the same time.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong execution skills.
