Role overview

We are looking for a results-focused Digital Marketing and Performance Specialist who is comfortable working with data, paid media, and audience behavior. This position goes beyond scheduling posts; it calls for someone who understands how platform algorithms, ad auctions, and user responses influence campaign outcomes.

The person in this role will help grow traffic, engagement, and revenue across Qatar Living’s digital presence by using structured testing, analytics, and behavior-based marketing approaches.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and refine paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage bidding approaches such as CPC, CPM, and CPA with a focus on efficiency and results.
  • Strengthen Quality Score, Ad Relevance Score, and other engagement-related indicators.
  • Work continuously to lower cost per acquisition while improving return on ad spend.
  • Study campaign performance and user behavior through tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Monitor and report on metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate.
  • Create structured A/B testing plans for creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and landing pages.
  • Turn data insights into practical growth actions and optimization plans.
  • Use behavioral psychology concepts such as social proof, urgency, authority, and scarcity in campaign planning.
  • Group audiences by behavior and intent to improve targeting accuracy.
  • Refine conversion funnels to improve the customer journey and retention.
  • Spot friction in the funnel and implement changes that increase conversions.
  • Support acquisition and engagement across Qatar Living’s categories, including Jobs, Properties, Vehicles, and Deals.
  • Build retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Assist with campaigns that support commercial and revenue goals.
  • Work with Sales and Product teams to improve advertiser outcomes.
  • Apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
  • Optimize landing pages for better conversion performance.
  • Support technical and content-side improvements with the technology team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
  • Proven track record of managing paid media budgets with measurable return on investment.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising auctions and optimization methods.
  • Advanced ability to use analytics and performance-tracking tools.
  • Background in marketplace, classifieds, or e-commerce environments is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Comfort with data-led decisions and experimental testing.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on revenue impact.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
