Lofi is an AI-powered platform built to unify the entire paid media workflow for multi-location brands and franchise businesses. It replaces fragmented tools, slow external vendors, and intuition-led creative decisions with a system that can take a campaign from concept to localized launch in under a minute, publish to more than 30 ad channels with one click, and continuously optimize results in real time through a single performance view.

The company is creating a new model for performance-driven, localized advertising. This position is not about stepping into a fully established process; it is an opportunity to help shape the product, the operating model, and the future of paid media as the industry moves toward AI-led execution.

Role Overview

Lofi is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who can operate as a hands-on individual contributor. The ideal candidate will build and run campaigns personally, take full ownership of outcomes, contribute ideas proactively, and confidently engage with sophisticated paid media clients.

This is not a people-management role. The work is centered on daily platform use, account optimization, and direct client-facing presentations. The person in this role will also influence how the platform evolves, with direct exposure to the changes shaping the industry.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, launch, optimize, and grow campaigns directly across paid search, paid social, CTV, digital audio, display and programmatic, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Use the platform’s AI capabilities to reduce manual work, including automation, predictive modeling, automated bidding, and creative optimization, so more time can be spent on higher-value strategy and account growth.
  • Turn AI-driven insights and campaign performance data into clear, practical recommendations for clients.
  • Own client communication and reporting by building dashboards, presenting results, and acting as the trusted expert.
  • Allocate and manage budgets across channels based on performance, growth potential, and scaling opportunities.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments across channels, messaging, and creative, then act on key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate.
  • Share field insights to help shape the product and influence how the platform develops over time.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with direct, large-scale management of multi-channel paid media.
  • Strong command of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics.
  • Proven experience working with sophisticated clients and presenting recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, advertising platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience applying AI tools and workflows in paid media operations.

Candidate Profile

The right person is self-directed, decisive, and comfortable taking ownership from start to finish. They should bring ideas forward without waiting for direction, communicate with precision, and be able to explain performance, strategy, and trade-offs to knowledgeable clients. They should also enjoy building in a fast-moving early-stage environment and be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.

Location

New York City is preferred, though remote work will be considered for the right candidate.

Compensation

For NYC-based hires, compensation is between $130,000 and $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Compensation for remote hires will be adjusted based on location. Contract arrangements are also open for consideration.

Additional Information

This role is open to candidates who can operate independently and contribute directly to both client success and product development. The position requires strong ownership, high-level communication, and comfort working with advanced paid media clients in a fast-paced environment.
