About the role
This position is for a proactive and imaginative Digital Marketing Executive who can help grow the organization’s online presence and support campaigns across digital channels. The role involves working on content, campaign execution, and results tracking to contribute to overall business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run marketing campaigns across several digital platforms.
- Oversee social media profiles and online promotion initiatives.
- Develop, plan, and queue content for websites, social channels, and email campaigns.
- Track campaign outcomes and turn the findings into marketing reports.
- Carry out market studies and review competitor actions.
- Work closely with the design and content teams on branding efforts.
- Refine campaigns to raise engagement, website visits, and conversions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Prior exposure to digital marketing or social media management is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and paid social advertising is needed.
- Comfort with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva is expected.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and planning abilities are important for this role.
- The ability to handle several campaigns at once and meet deadlines is necessary.
- A basic understanding of marketing analytics and report preparation is required.
Preferred skills
- Experience in content writing and copy development.
- Exposure to video editing or graphic design software.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Awareness of evolving digital marketing methods and trends.
