Role summary
This position is for a digital marketing professional based in Pune who will support collaboration, promotion, branding, and marketing efforts across multiple locations. The role also involves taking part in external meetings and promotional activities.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to different locations to support collaboration, promotional, branding, and marketing initiatives.
- Handle content writing along with paid and organic social media promotion, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Design, launch, and track digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Create and apply strategies that improve brand visibility and brand awareness.
- Develop working relationships with sponsors, media contacts, influencers, and other external partners.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities and help secure support for company events and initiatives.
- Assist with PR activities, media communication, and promotional outreach.
- Manage social media marketing, online branding, and lead-generation activities.
- Review campaign outcomes and prepare marketing performance reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing plans are executed effectively.
- Represent the organization in business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other promotional engagements.
Required skills and experience
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and campaign management.
- Experience in public relations and media coordination.
- Ability to identify and manage sponsorship opportunities.
- Background in brand promotion and corporate communication.
- Capability in social media marketing and online brand building.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Confident convincing, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
