- Make effective use of all digital channels, including websites, social platforms, email, paid advertising, partnerships, and third-party channels.
- Prepare weekly KPI updates across the businesses.
- Track campaign outcomes and competitor movements, then report key findings.
Content Creation and Brand Storytelling
- Create and/or coordinate premium photography, video, reels, and short-form content that matches luxury hospitality standards.
- Develop persuasive copy for websites, social channels, email campaigns, ads, and guest communications.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal launches, partnerships, activations, and promotional content.
- Keep all content aligned with each brand’s tone, positioning, and premium image.
Social Media and Community Management
- Run everyday social media activity across multiple brands and platforms.
- Plan, organise, schedule, and refine content calendars to improve performance.
- Increase audience engagement, community interaction, and brand awareness.
- Follow social trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities for stronger visibility.
- Assist with influencer work, partnerships, and PR-related activations.
Agency and Campaign Management
- Coordinate with the paid search agency to help ensure campaigns meet agreed targets.
- Review campaign results and look for ways to improve return on investment.
- Brief and manage external creative suppliers such as photographers, videographers, designers, and media partners.
Website, CRM and Email Marketing
- Support website content updates and campaign landing pages.
- Assist with database growth and audience segmentation initiatives.
- Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to stronger customer retention and engagement across all brands.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Photography, videography, or editing capability would be a strong advantage.
- Experience optimising AI-based campaigns is desirable.
