- Serve as the service owner for the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem by managing tenant policies, service integration, feature rollouts, and governance controls.
- Work with AD/Entra ID to make sure access structures, group handling, and lifecycle integration are correctly aligned across collaboration platforms.
- Lead user adoption efforts through training, communication, and enablement activities that help employees use new collaboration capabilities effectively.
- Protect the environment by maintaining security and compliance standards, identifying service gaps, and driving ongoing improvement across collaboration and productivity services.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 7 years of professional experience in collaboration, unified communications, or Microsoft 365 roles within a large enterprise setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the broader Microsoft 365 platform, including service configuration and governance.
- Practical experience with telephony and conferencing solutions, including Teams Phone, fixed/mobile telephony links, and enterprise voice and video tools.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and vendors while coordinating effectively with technical teams, business users, and external providers.
- Background in large international organizations with distributed teams, standardized technology landscapes, and enterprise governance practices.
