About the Role
This position is for an analytics specialist who enjoys using precise tracking and implementation to support data-led decision-making. The role owns reporting and analytics across RX’s digital ecosystem, ensuring that user interactions are measured accurately, consistently, and completely to improve guest journeys, evaluate performance, and assess campaign outcomes.
You will help build a stronger customer- and data-focused culture by working with advanced tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Contentsquare. A key part of the role is partnering with Digital Delivery teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to turn business needs into actionable analytics solutions.
You will also support implementation teams by checking critical digital events, spotting mismatches, and identifying missing data points so that tracking remains reliable. In addition, the role involves exploring automation and scalable frameworks that will strengthen and future-proof the analytics environment.

Requirements
The role requires a degree and at least 6 years of experience in digital analytics and performance reporting.
You should have worked with complex web and app ecosystems, event-level measurement, dataLayer structures, and end-to-end digital analytics frameworks.
Strong hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms is essential, including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Contentsquare, and other web/app analytics tools.
Experience using AI-based insights to improve digital performance will be considered an advantage.

This is a full-time onsite role based in the Riyadh Region.
