Job description

Role overview

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support RedMart, part of Lazada, in keeping warehouse and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This position focuses on hands-on IT assistance across devices, user support, and fast resolution of operational issues.

What you will do

  • Deliver IT assistance for RedMart’s daily warehouse and business operations.
  • Look after company endpoints and office hardware, including laptops, tablets, Android devices, printers, MFPs, PTBs, and user accessories.
  • Resolve an average of 55–65 support tickets each month through prompt diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Respond quickly to critical IT incidents that affect production activities so business disruption is kept to a minimum.
  • Set up devices, deploy equipment, install and configure software, and support employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to close complex technical issues.
  • Keep inventory logs, asset movement records, and device documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Offer guidance to end users to help them work more efficiently with company systems and tools.
  • Make sure IT assets and systems remain aligned with company policies and operational expectations.
