Role Overview

This contract opportunity is for a multidisciplinary design specialist who will work remotely and contribute between 10 and 40 hours each week. The position is centered on evaluating design-focused interview material, improving AI-generated outputs, and offering practical guidance to strengthen visual quality and user experience.

Compensation for this role ranges from $15 to $40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Review and refine interview content related to visual design and UX/UI.
Assess AI-created materials for design quality, ease of use, and alignment with current design standards.
Provide clear, actionable suggestions to improve layout, visual hierarchy, and the overall user journey.
Work alongside AI training teams to keep outputs aligned with changing industry expectations.
Help improve AI tools by applying practical design expertise to real-world examples.
Support user-centered design practices and maintain consistency in branding across evaluated content.

Requirements

At least a minimum level of multidisciplinary design experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
Good command of typography, layout, and core visual design principles.
Hands-on proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design workflows.
Ability to evaluate and shape branding and visual identity components.
