What the role involves

In this position, you will help the department deliver commercial targets, maintain appropriate inventory levels, uphold premium service standards, and execute promotional activity. Key duties

• Support daily department operations and ensure internal procedures are followed for stock ordering and transfers.
• Help plan stock usage, review inventory levels, and coordinate with area managers to keep stock at the right level.
• Contribute to purchase planning and broader stock optimization initiatives.
• Track daily sales performance against monthly and annual targets and back the Department Manager with corrective actions when needed.
• Monitor sales progress, share updates with the Department Manager, and participate in managers’ meetings to review shop performance.
• Assist with the rollout of events, promotions, and marketing actions, including trunk shows and fur-related events.
• Ensure the team provides outstanding customer care and handles client concerns in a way that exceeds expectations.
• Help lead, engage, and guide the sales team through objective setting, budget alignment, coaching, training, mentoring, and one-to-one check-ins.
• Work with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising teams on opening, closing, and renovation-related coordination.
• Maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and business partners to support partnership implementation.
• Support CRM follow-up to maintain full contactability and Dior Know compliance.
• Coordinate with CRM to plan OTO schedules for upcoming weeks and months and ensure individual OTO targets are met and tracked.
