About the Role
In this position at the Kilburn Trade Counter, you will split your time between making deliveries, supporting plumbers and other tradespeople with customer service, and carrying out general branch and warehouse duties that help operations run efficiently.
Key Duties
- Transport parts and products to customers in a company vehicle.
- Carry out order picking, packing, and stock control tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe branch and warehouse environment.
- Assist customers with product information and general service needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer-facing service, with a genuine interest in helping people in person and by phone.
- The ability to pick orders accurately, keep shop displays in good order, and share correct product information.
- Comfort using computers and a willingness to learn new systems.
- A clean, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends.
- A desire to grow a career locally, across the wider network, or at head office.
