Role overview
We are looking for a dependable and professional Delivery Driver to support the Output and Delivery team. The role is focused on making sure each vehicle arrives safely, remains in excellent condition, and is handed over to customers in a positive and polished way.
Working pattern
This position is for 40 hours each week, Monday to Friday. Start and finish times are flexible and may change based on business needs, within the window of 06:00 to 19:00.
Pay
The salary is up to £35,267.85 per annum, depending on experience.
Key duties
- Transport new vehicles from Warwick and other locations to customers, dealers, and end users.
- Adjust routes and plan journeys to keep deliveries efficient and on schedule.
- Perform checks before and after delivery to protect vehicle condition.
- Prepare and complete delivery records, paperwork, logs, and proof of delivery accurately.
- Carry out a professional handover so the customer receives the vehicle in pristine condition.
- Work closely with the transport and operations teams to support smooth delivery activity.
What the role requires
- A valid HGV licence, Category C or C+E.
- Driver CPC certification.
- Background of driving HGV vehicles in a professional setting.
- Good understanding of UK roads and transport rules.
- Strong communication and customer service ability.
- The ability to manage time, routes, and documentation effectively.
