- Design, develop, and apply predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning methods to address business problems and uncover actionable insights.
- Build strong visualizations that help technical and non-technical audiences understand findings and recommendations.
- Move models from development into production efficiently within the company’s cloud environment.
- Take part in planning and prioritization discussions so analytics efforts stay aligned with business objectives.
- Keep up with evolving tools, techniques, and industry trends, and use that knowledge to improve methods and outcomes.
What the team is looking for

- Practical experience developing and improving data solutions with Python.
- Experience applying statistical and machine learning approaches to solve business or real-world problems.
- Hands-on familiarity with analytics or ML libraries and frameworks such as statsmodels, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Working knowledge of techniques including logistic regression, time series analysis, GLMs, mixed modeling, multivariate statistics, predictive modeling, decision trees, gradient-boosted trees, random forests, and neural networks.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues early and create inventive solutions.
Preferred experience
- Exposure to version control tools such as GitHub and awareness of CI/CD practices for model deployment and code management.
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Azure ML.
- Ability to lead through influence and manage complex cross-functional work by setting priorities effectively.

- Referral services for prenatal care, adoption, childcare, schools, and related family support needs.
- Tax-advantaged accounts, including HSA, healthcare FSA, and dependent care FSA.
