Role Overview

The UB Economics Society is seeking a junior-level Data Insights Analyst to join its Data Intelligence & Insights team in a full-time onsite role based in Australia. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning findings into practical business recommendations.

What You Will Do

• Review datasets to uncover trends, recurring patterns, and areas where growth may be possible.
• Collect, structure, and make sense of information gathered from different sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that highlight the most important findings.
• Convert detailed data into straightforward insights and recommendations that support strategy.
• Work with teams across the organization to help advance business goals and initiatives.
• Track key performance metrics and assess business results.
• Support data accuracy, consistency, and dependable reporting.
• Take part in projects focused on improving efficiency and strengthening decision-making.
