Role overview
We are seeking an entry-level Data Insights Analyst to help turn raw information into clear, useful insights that guide business decisions, strengthen operational results, and support growth. This position is a strong fit for recent graduates and early-career candidates who are enthusiastic about analytics and business intelligence.
What you will do
- Gather data from different sources, then clean, verify, and analyze it.
- Create and update reports, dashboards, and visual summaries.
- Track key performance indicators and spot trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate findings into practical recommendations for business and operations teams.
- Prepare scheduled and on-demand reports for managers and other stakeholders.
- Keep reporting data accurate, consistent, and reliable across systems.
- Partner with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and objectives.
- Communicate insights and recommendations in a concise, easy-to-understand way.
- Contribute to process improvements through data-backed analysis.
- Stay informed about analytics tools, reporting platforms, and current best practices in the field.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or another related discipline.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of SQL and how databases work.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is helpful.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and basic statistical ideas.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on your own as well as with a team.
- Internship exposure, academic data projects, or related experience is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
