Role overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an entry-level or junior Data Insights Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Coordinator with Quantum Foundry Copenhagen. The role supports evidence-based decisions by gathering, organizing, and interpreting data from a mix of internal and external sources. The position is based in Australia and involves working across functions in an international environment.

What you will do

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Build dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators, trends, and operational findings connected to quantum technology development and collaboration efforts.
  • Perform straightforward data analysis and help turn results into clear, practical summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to market research and partner intelligence activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define data needs, maintain data repositories, and improve reporting workflows and tools over time.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical ability and the judgment to interpret both numerical and non-numerical information for decision support.
  • Interest in or prior exposure to market research and customer or partner insights, ideally within technology, deep tech, or scientific fields.
  • Basic data analysis capability, including spreadsheet work, BI tools, or simple data visualization tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, well-structured, and accessible way.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, in a relevant area such as data science, business, economics, engineering, physics, or a similar discipline.
  • Comfort working remotely with an international, multidisciplinary team, along with strong planning and time-management skills.
  • Curiosity about quantum technologies and a willingness to learn domain-specific concepts; exposure to advanced technology or research settings is considered an advantage.
  • Experience using common data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is helpful but not mandatory for motivated applicants.
