Data Entry - Typist Part-Time - Remote

About the role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for a part-time remote Data Entry - Typist to help with information processing, record maintenance, documentation, and organized administrative work carried out from a remote setting.

What you'll do

• Assist with routine workflows, records management, and coordination across teams when needed.
• Keep documents accurate and ensure internal records stay well organized and up to date.
• Share updates, clarify queries, and communicate progress clearly with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle confidential company, customer, employee, or financial data responsibly wherever applicable.
• Help maintain dependable, structured, and precise remote operations.

What we're looking for

• Excellent attention to detail, dependable communication, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfort working remotely with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
• Ease in functioning within a structured business environment.
• Capability to manage documentation, records, or operational tasks with accuracy.
• Good organization and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred experience

• Background supporting distributed teams or document-intensive processes.
• Exposure to administrative, operations, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support work.
• Ability to maintain accuracy on recurring tasks and within internal systems.

Work environment

• This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States.
• The schedule is part-time.
• Responsibilities may be individual-contributor focused or coordination-oriented depending on the assignment.
