About the role
Argus Medical Management, LLC is hiring a careful and organized Data Entry Typist to help with administrative work by entering, checking, and keeping digital records up to date. This position suits someone who prefers structured computer-based tasks, can handle high information volume, and is comfortable in a fast-moving remote setting. Prior healthcare experience is not necessary because training will be provided so new hires can learn the company’s tools and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately input information into internal systems and company databases.
- Check documents for completeness and proper formatting before entering data.
- Confirm the accuracy of entered details and fix mistakes when found.
- Keep electronic files and records organized and current.
- Revise existing records whenever new information needs to be added.
- Carry out regular quality reviews to maintain data accuracy.
- Handle confidential information according to company procedures.
- Work with teammates to help achieve daily productivity targets.
- Support general administrative and documentation work when needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
- Experience in data entry, clerical work, office support, or administration is useful but not mandatory.
