Role Overview
This position focuses on entering, updating, and keeping information accurate across databases, spreadsheets, and internal tools. The goal is to keep records organized, complete, and easy to access so day-to-day work runs smoothly.
You will work with information coming from different sources such as digital files, forms, reports, and databases. A key part of the role is checking for accuracy, spotting mismatches, and making corrections when needed to maintain reliable records.
In addition to record management, the role includes arranging files, refreshing existing data, and assisting with simple reporting and administrative work. Timely entry and adherence to established processes and quality standards are important.

Responsibilities
- Input new information and revise existing records in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Check records to make sure they are complete and correct
- Spot and fix data entry mistakes or inconsistencies
- Keep digital documents and files organized and up to date
- Carry out basic validation checks and quality reviews on data
- Assist with simple reporting tasks and general administrative support
- Work according to defined procedures and data handling guidelines
- Protect confidential information and manage sensitive data responsibly
- Complete assigned work within deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Support additional data-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
