Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst with robust experience in data analytics to support a client based in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves managing and enhancing the Flex Website and delivering data-driven resources and site visits aligned with state healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch the Flex Website within 30 calendar days from the purchase order issuance, ensuring it includes public information, a password-protected portal for Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), Flex Program details, contact and educational resources, links to past broadcasts, and other department-directed content.
- Provide webpage links and secure login credentials to the Department and CAH affiliates within the specified timeframe.
- Grant administrative and editing access to authorized Department personnel within 30 calendar days of the PO issuance.
- Maintain ongoing access to the Flex Website for CAHs through the duration of the project order and carry out periodic updates as instructed by the Department, documenting all changes and submitting corresponding reports with invoices.
- Develop an annual statewide Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Program (MBQIP) by June 30 each year, providing updates as requested.
- Create monthly MBQIP resources such as priority measures, site visit technical assistance topics, and webinars, submitting these for Department approval and posting them upon acceptance.
- Conduct a minimum of 12 site visits annually (in-person or virtual) with CAH leadership as directed, including preparing and updating site visit schedules and specific technical assistance materials for review before visits.
- Facilitate meetings with the Department to discuss site-specific TA, preparing meeting agendas and providing them along with invoices.
- Identify and submit additional performance analysis criteria ahead of site visits for Department evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in data collection and analytics.
- Minimum five years of experience collaborating with rural healthcare providers and a strong understanding of health and human services pertinent to rural hospitals, clinics, health networks, local health departments, and Area Health Education Centers (AHECs) in rural areas.
- Extensive experience (minimum five years) working with grant programs.
- Proven track record of providing technical assistance and conducting data analysis within health and human services programs.
- Demonstrated capacity to design and execute comprehensive work plans, assessments, training, and detailed technical assistance.
- At least five years’ experience familiar with quality improvement approaches, cultural change dynamics, and process enhancement techniques.
