Job description

Role overview

We are looking for a meticulous and insight-driven Data Analyst who can turn raw information into practical findings that help guide business decisions. In this position, you will gather, prepare, examine, and present data in ways that reveal trends, patterns, and recommendations that can strengthen operations and support strategy.

What you will do

You will partner with teams across the business to understand their needs, define meaningful metrics, and deliver analysis that supports decision-making. The role includes creating reports, dashboards, and analytical models that give stakeholders a clear view of performance and opportunities.

Your day-to-day work will involve collecting data from different sources, cleaning and organizing it, running statistical and exploratory analysis, and building visual outputs that communicate results effectively. You will also track key performance indicators, respond to ad hoc analysis requests, and help teams understand customer or operational behavior through data.

Accuracy and consistency will be central to this role. You will help maintain reliable reporting, improve data processes, and look for ways to make analysis more efficient and useful. Additional work may include supporting reporting automation, using databases and query tools, contributing to data governance efforts, and working with engineers or business analysts to improve data quality and accessibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to analyze information and solve problems.
  • Good grasp of data analysis methods, statistics, and reporting practices.
  • Hands-on experience with analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or comparable systems.
  • Experience using visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to clean, reshape, and interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent focus on detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Capability to spot trends, patterns, and meaningful insights from data.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to produce clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Understanding of business metrics and KPI monitoring.
  • Well-developed organization and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable managing several analysis tasks and working to deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of databases and data structures is beneficial.
  • Basic exposure to Python or R is a plus.
  • Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to learning new analytical tools and methods.
  • Strong critical-thinking ability and natural curiosity about data.
