Responsibilities
- Embed into client and internal workflows so data insights become a core input for analysis and decision-making.
- Create tailored, timely reports and visual dashboards that support internal teams and external clients with clear analytical takeaways.
- Respond quickly and professionally to data requests while explaining findings in a way that is easy to understand and consistent across audiences.
- Collaborate with the manager and other team members on improving data models and agent performance.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related technical area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of statistics, analytical methods, and the core logic behind AI and machine learning.
Preferred Background
- Prior internship or project exposure in data analysis, research, support, or a similar role in a technology or AI-oriented environment.
- Experience turning complex datasets into practical, easy-to-digest insights.
- Working knowledge of Python or R, data modeling, and SQL database management.
