Role summary
This position centers on coordinating project setup, validating feasibility, managing communication with commercial markets, and supporting smooth delivery across project operations. The role also involves working closely with project managers, improving processes, and supporting freelancers and IT-related project work.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate communication and setup activities for the commercial market.
- Assess whether projects are feasible and estimate associated costs.
- Enter and maintain information in the project administration system and master files.
- Prepare panel briefings and gather project requirements.
- Advise on the most effective project setup and implementation approach.
- Support project managers through briefing, supervision, and guidance.
- Perform quality checks and monitor implementation rates and ratings.
- Handle reporting, market communication, and issue troubleshooting.
- Record errors, train project managers, and help improve project setup methods.
- Support IT-related initiatives within GMS projects.
- Contribute to improving the project delivery workflow.
- Supervise, train, and assist freelancers.
- Plan freelancer resources and track utilization.
- Assist with product management activities.
Qualifications and requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with advanced Excel and automation processes.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured working style.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Python knowledge is needed.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior project management exposure is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft and Google office tools.
- Good awareness of the sports business is preferred.
- Basic understanding of common project processes, methods, and tools.
