- Work with DTC, GTM, Growth, Marketing, and Product partners to turn findings into clear, prioritized actions.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- You should have at least 3 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related role in e-commerce, DTC, or technology companies.
- Strong SQL skills are needed, along with hands-on experience using web, DTC, and marketing data sources such as Shopify, web analytics tools, and ad platforms.
- You should understand funnel analysis, attribution trade-offs, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- You need to be comfortable owning work from problem definition through insight delivery and validation of results.
- Clear stakeholder communication is important, including the ability to turn data into practical, decision-ready recommendations.
Benefits and Offerings
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that gives you a meaningful stake in the company’s long-term success.
- A high-impact, fast-moving environment where your ideas can directly influence the future of AI productivity.
- Access to leading productivity tools, including Cursor, GPT models, Gemini, Claude, and other frontier AI systems.
- Choice of high-spec laptops, powerful workstation setups, and Plaud devices for new hires.
- Annual company offsites, team events, and a culture centered on craftsmanship, ownership, and speed.
- Comprehensive medical and insurance coverage for full-time employees, including medical insurance and WICA coverage.
