Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role Overview

We are seeking a junior-level Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and turning raw information into practical insights that can guide business decisions and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information from different sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
• Examine datasets to uncover trends, recurring patterns, and useful insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visual charts to communicate results effectively.
• Track key performance indicators and other business metrics on an ongoing basis.
• Assist with checking data accuracy and supporting quality control activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting and analysis needs.
• Summarize findings and recommendations in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand way.
• Contribute to data-focused initiatives and ongoing process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and reporting concepts.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel; SQL familiarity is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain findings to others.
• Capability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
• A background or training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
