About the Team
DashMart is DoorDash’s convenience-store concept. Customers place orders for everyday essentials in the DoorDash app, and team members in the warehouse-style store pick, pack, and prepare those orders for delivery.
Shift Availability
Openings are available across morning, day, evening, and weekend schedules, including part-time shifts.
Role Summary
In this position, you will handle order fulfillment inside a physical convenience store environment, maintain inventory quality, keep the workspace organized, and help ensure customers receive the right items and approved substitutions.
Key Duties
- Gather items from incoming app orders, package them, and pass them to delivery drivers.
- Receive stock, track inventory, and monitor product shelf life to reduce spoilage.
- Keep the warehouse/store area tidy, organized, and easy to work in.
- Confirm that any replacements are cleared with the customer before they are sent out.

Compensation and Benefits
The listed base pay is CAD 17.50 per hour. Final compensation is determined by factors such as skills, relevant experience, and work location. DoorDash also provides a broad benefits package for regular employees, which may include a 401(k) with employer match, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefit matching, paid leave in line with applicable laws, medical/dental/vision coverage, 11 paid holidays, disability and basic life insurance, family-forming support, and mental health resources.
Paid time off details vary by employment type. Salaried roles may receive flexible PTO/vacation plus 80 hours of paid sick time annually. Hourly roles accrue vacation at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (approximately 6.7 hours per month at 40 hours per week or 3.4 hours per month at 20 hours per week) and accrue paid sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
