Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Customs Specialist / Release Analyst in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area. The position focuses on customs clearance, adherence to cross-border rules, and making sure shipments are released accurately and without delay.

What the job involves

Handle customs clearance workflows from start to finish.
Review shipment documents to confirm accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with clients and customs authorities throughout the release process.
Respond to customer service questions and resolve release-related issues.
Manage day-to-day release operations efficiently and on schedule.

Working hours

Available shifts include:

Day shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
