Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Arabic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a remote team. In this position, you will provide prompt, professional assistance to customers through multiple channels, help resolve concerns effectively, and contribute to a consistently positive service experience. Strong Arabic communication skills, sound judgment, and a sharp eye for detail are central to success in this role.

Customer Communication

  • Handle customer questions in Arabic over email, chat, or phone, and use English when needed.
  • Share clear and accurate details about products, services, and workflows.
  • Communicate in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner at all times.

Issue Resolution

  • Support customers with troubleshooting and resolving routine issues.
  • Work through the underlying cause of problems and walk customers through the fix.
  • Route complex, escalated, or sensitive matters to the right internal team.

Case Management

  • Record customer conversations and updates in a CRM or support platform.
  • Monitor active cases and follow up until each issue is closed.
  • Keep customer files accurate, complete, and current.

Quality and Service Standards

  • Make sure all replies align with company standards for quality and communication.
  • Address complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Help improve service by spotting repeat problems and sharing insights.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams to work through customer issues.
  • Take part in training sessions and team discussions.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policies, and process changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic, with solid English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
  • A customer-first approach with patience and empathy.
  • Comfort handling several tasks in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
