About the Role

We are looking for a careful and customer-oriented Arabic-speaking support specialist to work remotely. In this position, you will provide prompt, professional assistance to customers across different channels and help ensure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and positive. This role requires strong Arabic communication skills, solid problem-solving ability, and close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions through email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English when needed.
  • Share clear and accurate details about products, services, and internal processes.
  • Communicate in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner at all times.
  • Help customers troubleshoot common problems and work toward effective resolutions.
  • Identify the underlying cause of issues and guide customers through the next steps.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the right internal team when necessary.
  • Record all customer interactions in CRM or other support tools.
  • Monitor open cases and follow up until each issue is resolved on time.
  • Keep customer information complete, accurate, and current.
  • Ensure replies meet company quality and communication expectations.
  • Manage complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Look for repeated issues and contribute ideas for improving service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Join training sessions and team discussions as needed.
  • Stay updated on product updates, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic communication skills in both speaking and writing, along with good English ability.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using digital tools.
  • Good problem-solving ability and a strong eye for detail.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently from a remote location.
  • Prior experience in customer support is an advantage.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Personal computer or laptop with an updated operating system.
  • Quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work.
  • Experience with email, chat platforms, and CRM tools is preferred.
