Customer Support Specialist - AI Trainer

About the Role

This position is for an experienced customer support professional who can help train AI models. The work focuses on tracking chatbot progress, assessing how well the models reason, and identifying issues that can be used to improve output quality.

Required Background

The role calls for a high level of writing, editing, and content development ability. Relevant academic or professional areas may include communications and journalism, along with closely related disciplines.

What You Can Expect

• You may pick the projects you want to take on and decide when to work on them.
• The work is flexible and can be done on your own time, using your personal computer from home.
• Compensation begins at USD 25–30+ per hour, and some projects may offer bonus pay.

Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they produce.
• Judge the accuracy and overall performance of AI-generated outputs.

Qualifications

• English fluency at native or bilingual level is required.
• You should be highly attentive to detail.
• Strong command of grammar, writing style, and brand tone is important.
• A bachelor's degree that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though not mandatory.
