Serenity Healthcare is hiring a full-time Customer Support Specialist in Dallas, TX, near University Park. This role focuses on delivering a positive, reassuring experience for individuals taking part in a structured support program. The position is a strong match for people who enjoy helping others, building trust, and creating calm, encouraging interactions.
Compensation for this role is $23-$30 per hour, along with quarterly performance-based bonuses. Full paid training is provided, so prior specialized experience is not required.
What the role involves
You will serve as a dependable contact for participants and help make each session smooth, supportive, and productive. The job centers on compassionate communication, consistent follow-through, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Support individuals one-on-one during scheduled sessions
- Use and monitor program tools and technology after training
- Encourage positive habits through journaling, goal-setting, and reflection
- Record accurate session notes and share relevant updates with the team
- Contribute to a respectful, comfortable, and encouraging atmosphere

Requirements
