Role overview

nsave is a fintech company creating a new approach to helping underserved communities protect and grow their wealth. The company is hiring a Customer Support Operator in Pakistan to be a key part of the user support function and contribute directly to the customer experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pakistan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, helping them with empathy and precision while also spotting recurring issues and working with internal teams to improve products and operations.

Customer support and user interaction

  • Act as the main contact for customer questions and concerns, providing prompt, accurate, and considerate support.
  • Work through user issues by coordinating with internal systems, partners, and relevant stakeholders to help resolve blockers.
  • Use support conversations to understand where users face confusion, delay, or friction.

Feedback and product improvement

  • Notice recurring themes in support requests and highlight areas where users are experiencing problems.
  • Bring customer insights back to product and operations teams so improvements can be made.

Operational processes

  • Assist in documenting operational workflows and improving day-to-day processes.
  • Build and update internal knowledge articles and standard operating procedures.
  • Look for inefficient steps in current processes and suggest changes that improve scale and consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to test and refine new features and operational changes.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has prior experience in fintech and a solid understanding of fintech and payment infrastructure. Experience with Intercom or a comparable support platform is important. Strong written communication, a calm and empathetic tone, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset are also key. You should be comfortable working within established processes while also identifying ways to improve them.
