Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulously organized, professional, and client-centric individual to fill the role of Customer Support & Front Desk Officer. This position is crucial for managing initial client interactions and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries received via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to users of our company's software products.
  • Proactively follow up on client issues to guarantee prompt and effective resolution.
  • Organize meeting schedules and meticulously maintain all office records.
  • Facilitate clear communication pathways between clients and our internal technical teams.
  • Support the customer onboarding process and conduct product demonstrations as needed.
  • Uphold a professional, welcoming, and efficient office atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Customer Care, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and a demonstrated capacity for rapid learning of new software systems.
  • Superior customer service orientation coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
