About the Role
The position available is Customer Support Executive for a PhonePe Blended Process involving both voice and chat communication channels.
Qualifications Required

Compensation Details
- For candidates with over one year of relevant experience: Total salary package is ₹22,000 per month with a take-home pay of ₹18,000.
- For candidates holding only undergraduate qualifications: Total package is ₹18,000 monthly and an in-hand salary of ₹14,000.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries from customers promptly.
- Resolve customer issues and provide support via both voice calls and chat messages.
- Deliver accurate information and efficient solutions to customer problems.
Communication Proficiency
Applicants must demonstrate good proficiency in English communication.
