Role summary
We are hiring a full-time Customer Support Executive for an on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position is centered on assisting customers, resolving support cases, and handling technical concerns with professionalism and speed. You will play a key part in keeping service quality high, supporting clients through online channels, and working closely with internal teammates to improve the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve support tickets, including technical issues and service-related concerns.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-through.
- Provide online assistance to clients and ensure their queries are handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen service delivery and improve the customer experience.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support within the Forex industry.
- Solid knowledge of Forex trading platforms and what clients typically need.
- Capability to address customer questions quickly, clearly, and professionally.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Experience helping customers with account-related matters, deposits, withdrawals, and trading questions.
- A customer-first approach with the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
- Experience in banking or financial services is considered an added advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service certifications are a plus.
