Role overview

This opening is for a Customer Support Associate in an international voice process. The job involves speaking with customers from across the globe in a professional setting and delivering a strong service experience.

Virtual interview drive

Interview dates are 30 June and 3 July, with interviews scheduled between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM IST. Candidates are expected to join from home. Eligibility and work conditions

Freshers can apply, and applicants with up to 6 months of experience are also eligible. An immediate joining timeline is preferred. Strong spoken English is mandatory. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational or night shifts with weekly rotational offs. This is a work-from-office role, and only candidates who can follow that arrangement should apply. Compensation and benefits
