About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a global remote support team dedicated to providing exceptional assistance to players across a variety of games. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will ensure swift, clear, and helpful responses. You will manage incoming emails and support tickets, focusing on resolving issues with a strong emphasis on quality and player satisfaction. This role offers a fully remote, international work environment built on trust, autonomy, and collaboration. You will play a part in refining internal support processes and enhancing the overall customer experience. Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, handling incoming emails and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service quality and empathy.
  • Support the continuous improvement of customer support workflows and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the support function.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a comparable client-facing role.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills coupled with a service-oriented, customer-first approach.
  • Comfortable operating within a fully remote, international setting.
  • A strong passion for gaming is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Preference will be given to candidates located in or near the CET time zone.
