The company is expanding and is seeking a Customer Success Executive who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues, and providing high-quality service. This opportunity suits someone who performs well in a busy environment and wants to grow their career in a SaaS business focused on hospitality.
Role overview
You will be the first contact for customers using Alkimii, supporting hospitality teams as they rely on the platform to handle their daily operations. The role requires a customer-focused approach, quick problem-solving, and close collaboration with the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by phone and email promptly and in a courteous, helpful way.
- Diagnose issues and walk customers through solutions within the Alkimii platform.
- Make sure each customer interaction meets the service standards expected by the company’s clients.
- Coordinate with other internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Help customers use the platform effectively by understanding how it fits into their operations.
What success looks like in the first few months
- You become confident supporting customers and moving around the Alkimii system.
- Customers consistently receive fast, useful, and friendly responses.
- You develop trusted relationships and become a dependable point of contact.
- You share ideas that improve support delivery and internal workflows.

- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage several conversations and priorities at once.

- Good computer literacy and technical confidence.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
