Team Environment
Customer Success Managers work closely with schools and school groups to create value for educators through direct, hands-on support. The role also involves regular collaboration with teams across Support, Product, Engineering, Content, and Finance to resolve issues, identify patterns, and improve the overall customer experience.
Role Overview
This position owns the post-sale relationship with schools and school groups, ensuring the Seesaw/LTM solution delivers on its promise for educators, students, and families. The role focuses on helping customers realize value throughout the year while also managing renewals and expansion opportunities. A strong understanding of how to support and grow business within the K-12 education market is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned schools and partners.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships that support satisfaction and product adoption.
- Take ownership of renewals and expansion for the assigned portfolio.
- Understand how school budgeting and procurement processes work.
- Hold monthly review calls and visit schools in person when needed.
- Track product usage and proactively step in when adoption drops.
- Improve engagement through initiatives such as competitions, teacher workshops, and parent workshops.
- Spot opportunities to broaden usage across grades, departments, or additional products.
- Work with Sales and Account teams on upsell and cross-sell activities.
- Plan and deliver the monthly Teacher Reward Program (TRP).
- Organize Ramadan competitions with schools and help coordinate winner announcements.
- Arrange and lead end-of-year ceremonies, including scheduling, school visits, and logistics.
- Coordinate meetings with Content and Product teams for schools when required.
- Gather school feedback and communicate useful insights to internal teams.
