Customer Success Executive

Role overview

This full-time position is based in Hyderabad and follows a work-from-office setup. The Customer Success Executive will oversee a portfolio of school clients and make sure they are smoothly onboarded, properly implemented, trained, and supported so they get the best value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

The role includes handling customer questions, working with internal teams to get issues resolved, and conducting periodic reviews with school stakeholders. You will also collect feedback, help improve satisfaction and retention, spot opportunities for upselling, and ensure renewals happen on time. In addition, you will monitor account health, maintain records of customer interactions, and be prepared to travel as required for business needs.

Skills and qualifications

Strong customer service and stakeholder handling ability are essential, along with experience in retention, account management, renewals, and upselling. The role also calls for solid analytical ability, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage several school accounts in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint is needed, and a basic understanding of HTML is expected.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates with a B.C.A. in Computer Applications (General).

Additional requirements

Applicants should have prior exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or education services, where possible. The candidate must be comfortable coordinating multiple tasks at once and willing to travel depending on client requirements. Language ability in English, Hindi, and Telugu is part of the role requirement.

Compensation

The salary range offered is INR 1,25,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
