Role Summary

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for developing and sustaining client relationships, managing day-to-day client communication, drafting professional business correspondence, and assisting in the delivery of premium training services. The ideal candidate should present a refined, client-oriented approach and confidently represent GLOMACS in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture durable relationships with clients throughout the GCC and MENA regions.
  • Act as the main contact for Arabic-speaking customers.
  • Respond to client questions, manage follow-ups, and coordinate tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly in English with internal departments, trainers, and overseas clients.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and training teams to ensure client requirements are fully addressed.
  • Assist with sales and account management tasks, including suggesting relevant courses and engaging clients.
  • Keep client details, records, and CRM entries current and accurate.
  • Help improve customer satisfaction and reinforce GLOMACS’ reputation for excellent service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prepare professional English correspondence with confidence.
  • Prior exposure to client relations, account management, customer service, or the training sector is an advantage.
