Role overview

SANAD Insurance Brokers is seeking a meticulous Fleet Insurance Officer / Customer Service Representative to assist with motor and fleet insurance activities in Doha, Qatar. This position centers on customer support and operational coordination, covering fleet declarations, policy servicing, claims tracking, and communication with clients, insurers, garages, surveyors, and internal colleagues.

The role calls for someone who is well-organized, precise, responsive, and comfortable handling vehicle-related details such as car models, specifications, registration data, repair quotations, spare parts, and claims paperwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the daily servicing of motor and fleet insurance policies.
  • Handle vehicle additions, removals, renewals, endorsements, and fleet declarations.
  • Check and update fleet schedules and vehicle information with accuracy.
  • Liaise with clients to gather the documents and details needed for processing.
  • Follow up with insurers on policies, certificates, endorsements, and approvals.
  • Assist clients throughout the motor claims process, from first notice through final settlement.
  • Coordinate communication with garages, surveyors, loss adjusters, insurers, and customers.
  • Monitor outstanding requests and ensure they are pursued in a timely manner.
  • Keep complete and accurate records of transactions, documents, and correspondence.
  • Support internal departments with motor insurance administration and client service tasks.

Requirements

  • Prior exposure to motor insurance, fleet insurance, claims handling, garages, car dealerships, rent-a-car businesses, or insurance brokerage is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of cars, vehicle specifications, spare parts, repair workflows, or coordination with garages is preferred.
  • Strong eye for detail and high accuracy.
  • Solid communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Capability to follow up regularly and juggle several requests at once.
  • Comfort using email, Excel, WhatsApp, and standard office systems.
  • Dependable, well-organized, and able to perform under pressure.

Language requirements

  • English is mandatory.
  • Arabic is highly preferred.
  • French is an added advantage.
