About the role
We are hiring a Customer Support Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in customer-facing support, with a strong background in fintech, administrative assistance, and familiarity with AECB (Al Etihad Credit Bureau) procedures. Fluency in Tagalog and English is preferred.
What you will do
- Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional way.
- Support customers using fintech products and services.
- Guide customers on AECB-related matters, including credit reports and dispute handling.
- Carry out administrative work such as data entry, document handling, and tracking cases.
- Keep customer records accurate and ensure requests are followed through properly.
- Work toward customer service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT.
- Escalate more complex concerns when needed.
Requirements
- Preferred fluency in both Tagalog and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support and administrative work.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is required as background knowledge.
- Understanding of AECB systems or related processes is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with good people skills.
- Good grasp of support KPIs and service performance measures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
