About the Role

HashKey Group is growing its international presence and is looking for an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users across the MENA region. In this role, you will serve as the main support contact for HashKey Exchange customers, helping deliver a secure, smooth, and high-quality trading experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Arabic-speaking customers promptly and professionally through live chat, email, and the ticketing platform.
  • Handle questions and issues related to account onboarding, KYC checks, deposits, withdrawals, and trading activities.
  • Work closely with compliance, product, and technical teams to route and resolve more complex customer cases.
  • Follow service-level commitments closely to maintain strong customer satisfaction standards.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to help improve support processes and the overall platform experience.

Requirements

  • Native-level or professional written and spoken Arabic, along with strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, client support, or operations in financial services or digital assets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, especially in demanding situations, with a calm and empathetic approach.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts or hours to support global coverage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong respect for user security and data privacy.

Nice to Have

  • Background in customer support at a regulated crypto exchange or fintech company.
  • Working knowledge of blockchain, digital asset trading, and KYC/AML processes.
  • Mandarin language ability is an added advantage.
