Role overview

TWP is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to act as the main contact for customer questions and concerns related to twpclothing.com. In this role, you will represent the brand in every interaction and help maintain the company’s standards for service, care, and consistency.

The position focuses on supporting shoppers with order updates, product information, sizing help, and styling advice, while also identifying ways to improve loyalty and elevate the online shopping journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle everyday customer inquiries for the e-commerce store.
  • Review return and exchange patterns to spot trends and share practical feedback with the e-commerce team to improve the site experience.
  • Develop strong customer connections by providing tailored support and finding opportunities to recommend additional or complementary products.
  • Enhance the service process by introducing new ideas, simplifying workflows, and putting solutions in place that improve response speed and quality.
  • Make sure customer orders are completed and dispatched within the required timelines.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and production teams to ensure customer feedback is consistently communicated.
  • Follow company procedures and service standards to deliver a polished and unified brand experience.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the fashion industry, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • A naturally curious approach and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to identify issues, resolve problems, escalate when needed, and close matters effectively.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly in both spoken and written formats, and work well with others.
  • Experience with Shopify and Gorgias is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers a base salary in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 along with medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and floating holidays.

Additional information

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
